A: Yes, if you are buying a brand-new holiday home you may pick from the plots available at that time, pitch fees can vary depending on location.
A: 11 months, running from 1st February to 30th November. An additional two weeks will be given during the Christmas period; these dates will be released 1st February each year.
A: You may keep your holiday home at Crealy Adventure Park & Resort for 30 years starting from the year of manufacture.
A: Crealy Adventure Park & Resort does not offer any finance options. There are many fiancé companies who assist with holiday home purchases; we can recommend Pegasus or Barclays.
A: A non-refundable holding deposit of £500 will secure any pitch across the park for up to 14 days. A further deposit (5% of the total sale value) is required within 14 days of the holding deposit.
A: If the holiday home has already been sited, we’re pleased to advise that you can move in as soon as we receive the full balance. If the holiday home is not sited it can take up to 14 days.

A: Dogs are welcome on the site but unfortunately, they are not permitted on the Theme Park. Dogs should not be left unattended and therefore we do offer a free kennel facility.
A: Whilst Crealy Adventure Park & Resort is not residential, you can use them for holidays all year round. All we need to see, when purchasing a holiday home is proof of your usual residential address.
A: Yes they can, on an occasional basis, so long as they check in and out at reception, like our regular guests and complete our check-in paperwork. A full concierge services is available. A key collection cost is applicable for each booking.
A: Entry to the theme park & Clubhouse will be included as a holiday homeowner; additional charges will be made for the use of our paid activities including the adventure golf and multi sports court.
A: Your holiday home can only be re sold back to Crealy Adventure Park & Resort, or transferred in to a family member’s name. Terms and conditions apply, as per the licensing agreement.
A: NO, although we understand that people can get ill on holiday and may want to use the local doctor as a temporary patient.
A: We won’t accept household mail such as utility bills etc., however we will of course take in and hold regular letter, parcels or other deliveries for you to collect from reception.
